Arnaud is a former professional dancer and currently a physical therapist and Pilates teacher. As a dancer, he first followed his education at the school of Maurice Béjart in Lausanne Switzerland. After that, he moved to Spain to join IT Dansa where he had the opportunity to work with and dance pieces by Alexander Ekman, Ohad Naharin, and Jiří Kylián amongst others. In 2007, he moved to The Netherlands to work with Itzik Galili in Groningen. Later, he danced with Dansgroep Amsterdam and Noord Nederlandse Dans moving back and forth between Groningen and Amsterdam a few times. He spent the last 4 years of his dance career working at ICK Amsterdam and Ballet National de Marseille.
After his dance career, he decided to make a switch and studied to become a Physical Therapist. Arnaud was interested in learning about the body through a more scientific approach. He hoped to merge his kinesthetic experience as a dancer and his theoretical and practical knowledge as a physiotherapist to help people recover from injuries and move better to feel better. Because of his interest in training, he followed a Personal Training Minor during his Physiotherapy studies.
For the past few years, Arnaud has been working as a Physiotherapist, Personal trainer, and Pilates teacher. Because of his background in dance and physiotherapy degree, he is able to adapt to the needs of his clients. No matter if that means picking training back up slowly or being physically challenged and breaking a sweat.
